he's using his enhanced telekinesis, he can also pretend to be the puppermaster even though he doesnt have the ability to control others movement

at the end of volume sylar has an epic fight with nathan and peter....which results in sylar getting the ability to fly....at the end sylar just goes for it and slts nathans throat... :O:O :(:(....IT GETS GOOD PEOPLE...watch on for the twistt :)...and its not claire blood saving him..so yeah :)
