I have a bad esn tp2 but the housing is clean. My sprint tp2 screen shuttered. And the front housing is cracked all over. If I take the motherboard and put it in the one that has a bad esn will the phone work? will I have all the data and apps back? Thanx

Is putting it back together as simple or are any replacement parts such as stickers needed? Also, do you sell a faster processor than the stock one for this?

Probably, but we cannot be 100% certain. We recommend taking it to a qualified repair shop to eval it.

The touch panel is adhered very strongly to the LCD. Not an easy repair. If you are looking on the web for videos, try searching the other touch pro2 versions by model number by chance or AT&T Tilt 2, which is the Touch Pro Counter Part on AT&T. Just a suggestion.

Very hard to say. Water damage can damage a whole lot more than an LCD. I would take your unit to a shop. In general, with the Touch Pro2, it is better to replace the whole assembly because the Digitizer is adhered strongly to the LCD. Again, if we are talking about water damage, the phone can be saved, but please consult an expert as soon as possible. Water Damage is far more forgiving than chemical damage like Soda or Chlorine.
