just like all bodybuilders..complete luck of grip.All these isolation moves,strict reps, targeting one muscle group at the time will never bring you strength period. Heavy compound movements, no straps,.that's the way to go. The only functional strength athletes are in world strongest man competitions or olympic weghtlifter. Bodybuilding is just fake. 99% of bodybuilders are midgets with T-Rex arms and laughable bodyweights. An average strong man competitor is 6'6" tall, 350 pounds of raw power.
