@TeresaNC1 Thanks Teresa the headaches have been around for years now and seem to be getting worse as I get older as is par for the course with Fibro. It's nice to have people who understand although I truly wished you didn't :0) xx

Fibro is a sucky disease. I've learned that people don't understand it at all, they truly do think its just tiredness. No concepts of all the other crap that goes with it, so they end up thinking "everyone gets tired".
I'm really sorry for the headaches you're experiencing right now. That's another thing that I find with fibro, you can't determine what will be the next symptom to rear its ugly head, when it will rear up or how long it'll last.

@tygress1 I find I am worse in the heat as it drains the life out of me. In the cold I wrap up and can get warmer but when I am too hot nothing helps. I used to think it was mind over matter and I could think myself well but it creeps up on you and gets worse. I will do the vid then no I know someone wants to hear me lol :0)

You're right, few people understand what fibros like. I'm just starting to feel better. I changed my diet take tons of supplements and can finally exercise. I hope and pray I don't have a massive flare-up anytime soon. I know what you're going through, although everyone's symptoms aren't the same. I didn't leave my house for months when the pain was so bad. I would like to know the things you find helpful. Take Care ~ Laura : )
