Ok, i need reinstall the game and repatch, but now run as administrator, ok ill try ;)

I figured out what to do guys!!!My brother just helped me what you do is reinstall the game dont delete the game but reinstall it.Then repatch it if you want make sure you have the right password and everything and it should work.And make sure before you start the game run as administrator hope it helps!

I downloaded the game,i created a account,i made it all,but i cant play, when i open dbo menu where says play,are in gray color,dont orange,& a window appear,it say "DBOLauncher" it have taiwannese text and i push accept and DBO close,if i push close in the DBOlauncher window it close too!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!
