To set the scene everyone in the plane except 1 or 2 people have had fish for dinner and the fish was poisonus, not the plane is being flown by an ex-war pilot who does a bad job and keeps handing back over to the inflateable auto pilot. This woman gets scared and wants to leave so everyone is 'telling' her to calm down.
I just liked this scene, whether it's funnier with the whole film i don't know :)
