Goodness - why not just be appreciative for all of the offerings from people who are willing to share?? One need not watch if the technological aspects are not up to one's standards!

The dam title on the bottom is annoying, The camera work is jerky . Why dont you put a mike on the people who are talking. This would make a much better and less annoying production.

Have you ever tried using air locks and glass jars (Perfect Pickler, Pickle Meister)? I use 2 quart, and gallon jars, and it's a lot lighter than the crock pot, plus I can have different things fermenting at the same time.
I like your idea of using the Vitamix to do the brine combo.
I'd love to see more home fermenting videos, Kevin, now that I'm in my own "fermentin' frenzy".
