DJ Shadow Live at Parklife 2011

Some mindblowing visuals accompanying DJ Shadow's set at Parklife, Manchester on Sunday 12th June 2011. It's not easy to see from the video (apologies for the low quality) but the sphere in the foreground was a white paper globe containing DJ Shadow and his gear, from where he played the whole set. The sphere had an access hole at the rear which he would occasionally swing round to interact with the crowd. The rest of the time four separate video projectors (two on the sphere, two on the background) created this mesmerising stage set, including live images of Shadow working inside the sphere.

You really had to be there to appreciate the full effect, but I thought I'd share as best as I could.
