  • That's rather unnecessary. I think they speak brilliantly to the arget audience.

  • I work at Change4Life, so please do not insult these promotional videos. Please remember that we are here to protect the "lil bliters" in becoming fit and healthy. We want kids to live longer and keep in good shape. Please do not leave rude comments in the future.

  • The General Dierty Advice 30years ago was different!! From Carbohydrates are fatteing the advice changed to Base your Meal on starchy Foods and eat low fat!! Well Obesity Went Straight Up!! Fat Protein Vitamins and Mineral Are All Essential Nutrients while Carbs Are not!! Even Wikepedia says That!!

  • This Advert Is Terrible!!The Dietry Advice the Goverment Agency are pushing is the cause of the Obesity Problem! Please read The Obesity Epidemic by Zoe Harcombe!!

  • Man, the portrayal of "Super Bleep Bloop 94" in this video was totally inaccurate. You need to mash the shoulder buttons more than the D-pad, everyone knows that.

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO! I think it's wonderful and very true. Keep up the great work!

  • they say eat well, move more, live longer but what they don't tell you is when you get old we wont care about you.

  • Hes shit at that game

  • That's an assumption based on the foolish notion that people are not generally stupid and lazy.

You know, there are two ways to lose fat. If you can afford it, and live near a good grocer, eat well. Balanced diet, fruits and vegetables, lean meats, ease off on the sugar and fats. If you're BROKE, then simply eat much less. That shouldn't be a problem. It worked great for me, and I lost over 40 pounds in three years! Of course, that weight was in lost muscle mass from borderline starvation...
