2,000 Sri Lankan soldiers killed last year Fonseka (Northern front)

Over two thousand Sri Lankan Army (SLA) soldiers were killed and four thousand wounded in the battles of 2007, the commander of the SLA, Lt. Gen. Sarath Fonseka told a conference at Army Headquarters last week, the Sunday Times reported.

LTTE eventually lost all its credibility as they became a bunch of thugs from the humble bigginnings ! They also became dishonest , pocketing out the collection ! Me and my brothers were ripped off for thousands of pounds in London over two decades ! A prominent Tamil Doctor was frog marched to his bank for a second mortgage when LTTE got desparate !
