This is one of my top two favourite throws.
Suggestion for when you're being thrown: When you're going up over the top, rest both of your hands over the back of your skull. Unless you're really good at breakfalling, don't even attempt a breakfall with something like this. If it's a cage fight, your gloves will cushion the back of your head and if it's on the street, you'll reduce the risk of cracking it off a chair, table, bar, wall, fire hydrant etc.
