It is not such a stupid situation. I don't know if you have ever been in Spain or not, but things like those that appear on these DGT ads, happen really often.
You should know the way people drive in the country which the ad is from before say anything.
(Sorry for any mistakes -as you may have noticed, English is not my first language)
