Panasonic Lumix TZ5 PHOTO SLIDESHOW, predecessor of TZ7

High resolution photos exhibiting the capabilities of this point and shoot camera by Panasonic.

This is the first camera i've owned and learn to use. With the possibilitiy of upgrading to the TZ7,
I've decided to publish these photos to show my journey with this camera and hope that people appreciate
the TZ5 as much as I have.

This completes my collection of 3 uploads showing consumer level use of this camera.
Namely the HD video recording, zooming capabilities, and now photo capturing.

Thanks for posting the video. I have the same camera and it is beyond awesome. Head and shoulders above anything out there. However, I bought it for the video alone. No one can compete with the video quality of this camera. Thanks again.

Thank you.....it was one of the first cameras that pioneered HD Video into compact point and shoot cameras.....

Awesome. Thanks for posting. More please. Over at amazon, there are comments that the TZ7 is weak for low light / indoor shots. How did you manage to overcome that on the TZ5?

I simply understoond that most P&S camaras are bad in low light so I always avoided it whenever I can.

All my night shots were either with a Tripod or placed on a stationary surface using self timer mode.

Btw, the 'Night Scene' mode on this camera is awesome!! Make sure you switch off the antishake to maximise its performance..........the manual doesnt tell you this!

Really excellent photo's. You're obviously very talented.

Please check out my channel for some TZ7 photos. They're no where near as good as yours but you might like to see them?! Im not sure stepping up from the TZ5 to the TZ7 is worth it. Perhaps you should save up some money and go down the entry/mid level DSLR route?

idont need the GPS of tz7. Is tz7 really the same with tz5?

thanks for that :) ive just ordered this cam, as I wanted something to perform up to as good a standard as my Nikon d40x slr, after taking a long look at reviews on compacts this is one of the best i could find, and now after viewing you quality pics its made it seem all worth while! Beautiful pics x
