Thanks for taking the time to write a comment. Just to add to it please know that everything the narrator says is hawkins material too. As the narrator comments on the holistic voyage of the participants the viewer gets an opportunity to see docs work applied to real life. When the film was screened at Redlands University in California to a hundred or so Hawkins students that varied from beginner to long time students the main comment received was that they wanted to see the film again.

This documentary overall is good and worth downloading. I mainly downloaded it to watch the parts with david hawkins in it and its interesting to speak about some different topics and in a different manner. the links in the description. Although find his parts can get a little tedious to skip through since he is interspersed throughout. The rest of the documentary talks about health and holistic balanced lifestyle.
