I finally got my xr4ti running pretty well. It is a stock 2.3 ford / xr4ti turbo bottom end, holset hy35w, custom everything else by me, megasqurt 2 extra code, LS2 coils. A big thanks for turboford and msxtra forums and Scott at www.Wilsonracingms.com

    i make ford adjustable gear adapters to use on the volvo cams.  i sell the adapters along with all the other parts for the conversions from converetd ready to run heads, just the head welding, exhaust turbo manifolds, intakes, and everything!

    its easiest and most reliable to run the oil feed line externally.

  • Are you running the adjustable cam gears/pullies or are they different? Also did you reroute the oil/water passageways or did you run them externally?

  • So what kinda cam are you running in that Volvo head? Some kinda boat cam?

  • @legoman2921 no not a penta cam, stock for now and i have 0.438" lift ones waiting.

  • no these are stock cams not the volvo penta cams. penta cams are non emission and a bit more lift and duration.
