@welshrawbit I'm from New Zealand and yeah without a doubt, his agility and speed off the mark is amazing, would have loved to have him in our team! not many all blacks backs play for that long and can still play on the wing. shane williams is a legend! haha kinda ironic that a nzer kinda fucked him tho!

Ok im welsh, wales are generally not the best in rugby although we like to think so but shane williams one of the all time top try scorers ever isnt good enough for the all blacks ?
If he played in the all blacks team or SA or aus or even england or france he would probably have the record for the most tries in a career.
In the 2008 grand slam the tactic was give the ball to shane and watch him score.

One thing I dont think anyone can argue. If Shane Williams had been an All Black... in a great side..he'd probably be remembered as one of the greatest PLAYERS of all time, let alone just a great winger. He has scored great individual tries against the Worlds best, whilst playing in often poor Welsh sides. Meaning, no matter how bad Wales were, these teams STILL couldnt handle Shane
