i dont know what to do it feels like something is pressing up against the top of my head like its trying to get out, it makes me feel very uncumfortable even though theres no pain! its disrupting my sleep and i get the feelings in my head during the day too ive taken paracetamal but i dont want to take too many and i dont think i should sinse theres no pain.. can anyone help? my head feels like its going to explode >_<
