De Symphonie fantastique van Berlioz als opiumdroom.... Schrijver Hafid Bouazza vertelt over de jonge kunstenaar die Berlioz neerzet als hoofdpersoon van de symfonie. Bouazza laat horen hoe lieflijke dromen onder invloed van opium veranderen in afgrijselijke nachtmerries. Van liefde en verlangen naar jaloezie, tot aan de rand van de waanzin.
Het Nederlands Philharmonisch Orkest speelt de Symphonie fantastique van Hector Berlioz.
