celebritymound I am merely a normal 5'9 chinese dude and I can do some fancy dunks. Almost anyone can do it too, just follow the right training program. I prefer the one that is at (50-inch-vertical[dot]com) although just about any training prog is good as long as they actually work however the truth is many do not
