Okay I am not for the war in any way however they signed up for the job. People go into the military to kill or be killed. If you sign up for something you stick to it .

I can see your argument, Tony. It's that a contract has been signed. So what if someone signs up for Afghanistan to defend against the 9/11 attacks, BUT are sent to Iraq? Contract violation, rendering it null and void. What if someone goes, fights, finished their tours, leaves active duty and is stop-lossed back in? Contract violation.
These are examples I hear all the time from war resisters.
