Graphistudio Quality Problem

This video shows an album I recieved from Graphistuio 2/12/2007 from an order placed in mid November of 2005. The video shows just some of the problems with the album and it's associated products.

Anyone in the US with more than 10 albums with Graphi and no issues? Anyone in the US with 10 albums and lots of issues, how many with 10 books? Anyone can get it right a couple times but consistency counts and a problem with 10% is still very high but I have a feeling it's much higher. I wish everyone great success :)

For anyone wondering about Graphi and problems do yourselves a favor and google the terms "graphistudio" and "issues" and do the same for anyone else you are considering. You'll see by the quantity and lack of problem resolution that you should stay clear. All companies make mistakes but what do they do after to take care of their clients and do they keep repeating the same ones. In Graphi's case I hear of the same issues year after year. :) Good luck everyone...

This post is now 3 years old and it is still looked at regularly and that tells me there's still an issue with them. I have heard that in Italy and countries near Italy that the quality is good but here in the US they get an F- and I don't say that lightly. I've had numerous calls since I posted from photographers crying literally about how their business suffered because of Graphi. Their owner once told me their just books but our livilihoods often depend on those books.

Glad all worked for you. There seems to be much better service to areas other than the US and I have heard from many people in other countries that have NOT had problems with Graphi however here in the US it's uncommon for me to hear from anyone who has NOT had an issue. After a few years I still have people look me up personally to vent and share experiences and searching for terms graphi and issues on any photo forum will confirm this. All companies can have issues, in the US there are many.

I'm currently having a problem with them. The pages were warped, I sent it back to get it "fixed" Took about 5-6 weeks to get it back & the album came back worse!! The pages were still warped & now they have a blue line in the gutter. Now I'm going to have to send it back once again!! This is current too, 02-02-2010! I really Love their Acrylic covers though.. I was looking into Albume Poca after this embarrassing situation. I was wondering if you used Albume Poca & how they are?? Thanks

I still run into people having issues w/them all the time. I have not used Album Epocha but if they are through Albums Inc. then you should be able to trust them. I have dealt with Albums Inc. and they are very good and your rep would have samples. The blue line will happen with any product with printed spreads and no gutter unless printed on a cotton rag or similar art ink jet paper. It's pinking and happens as the emulsion layer shows through the spine as it folds. It can be pink or blue :).

I am so pleased to announce that I just received my first sample album today and let me tell you this video had me so scared, anxious and going out of my mind. I ignored this video, took the chance and placed my order. Well I must say that Graphi Studios came through with a BANG! The quality is Fantastic!

I say go for it! You won't regret it. I am very happy! The album is Beautiful. I will be posting a video soon. GS seems to have fixed all their past errors with the USA pro photographers.

In the dozen+ books I have ordered, the quality is superb. If you can competently order without the need to speak to anyone then you will be very happy. On the other hand, if you realize after hitting the send button that you meant to order it a bit differently, good luck getting effective attention to your problem. It is really bad. For me, the product is fantastic enough to take the risk and cross my fingers.

I love Graphistudio's quality and the service that my rep, Lisa L provides. Hopefully all that view this video ( 5 years old), see it as that.. an old video. I have many friends that use Graphi and all seem very happy with the results. The bottom line, my clients love the product, my business is growing because of it.

@lindenphoto I have been using Graphi studio for well over seven years with flawless results .The albums are stunning , the quality superb and the customer service spot on . I dont know what the issues are but i can only say that i have not remotely had any of the ones mentioned here . My clients are thrilled and so am I

I'm new to Graphi Studios although I saw this video I'm still hopeful that I won't have the same problem. I have done a lot of research with other album companies and I have downloaded many of their ROES software and no one has the finest software like Graphi. The quality of their albums is what i have been looking for to offer my clients. My USA Reps have been amazing. I will keep you posted once I get my Sample album. If they do me wrong then i will quit but i have to give them a chance.
