Nirvana - Old Age (acoustic)

Old Age was a song Kurt Cobain wrote for Nevermind in March '91 that never made it past 'pre-production' because the band already had enough songs and he thought it didn't fit because of its different style. It's been said that he thought it was too poppy, even for Nevermind.

He gave the song another shot in April '92 and recorded a rough acoustic version, but again the song still never fit with the rest so he gave the song to Hole.

I feel this song could have been amazing if finished by Nirvana, so I based my cover off of Kurt's solo acoustic version with a little influence from the Nevermind outtake and finished up some of the lyrics that weren't complete.

Wow, i could swear this is Cobain himself. And im not saying copying him is a good thing, but you gave the song your touch without changing it's sound which made it sound a lot 'cobain'y. Amazing cover.
