Here are a few of the basic leg stretching exercises. You should spend about 15-20 mins stretching each day. I tried to do my video in half the time because of the 10 min time limit. There are more leg stretches I want to cover in future videos and I will post how to stretch all other parts of the body as well. For example, the Neck and Back, The Shoulder, Arms and Wrists, The sides of the ribs, hips and abdomen, and of course all the muscles and joints in the leg. Including thigh, calf, ankle, knee, inner and outer part of the leg, bottom, and lower back or tailbone.

    My tae kwon do master is very good at yoga and stretching. I have a few things that i think would really help you out. especially if you going teach.. You already have good flexibility.  ill show you what i learned during the summer time!

  • Hi love the vid, just have one question regarding the straddle stretch, my flexibility is quite poor in relation to this particular stretch. I am basically sat up with me legs apart with little movement forward! Any help????

  • @runninwild72 Depends how much pain youre willing to tollerate when starting out. No pain no gain is correct when it comes to stretching. Warm up thoroughly & remember to breathe. I dont know why but I always loved the pain in stretching, even to the point where I want to scream. Next time you stretch try to remember the scene of Van Damme in Bloodsport being tied between 2 trees with his legs getting ripped apart. After a few weeks u shouldnt get pain any more, unless u pull a muscle :)
