Explication fails, or is not quite understandable. Seems to be mere undefined sets as Old Egyptians dissapier, and from far East can be expected something as Tai chi movements - softly with knees and whips here, but arms are going to sharp "karate" cuts, or to "Heil"? The first set of six words are Instinctive. The second set of 6 words are Intellectual. Then emotional and finally Will oriented words.

I learned it from Pierre Elliott with the Arms fully vertical. The words in English are Bark Green Sour Weight Manner Smell Watch Reason Form Attend Plan Words Joy Pride Awe Anger Pity Fear Wish Effort Be Practice Suffer Do. The Foundation changed some arm positions in the 1980's . I was told is was called Forming Two's. Otherwise its OK.
