A Grand Idea to Make Your Mark was a competition to encourage 16-25 year olds to engage with their ideas and think about making them happen. It was about taking away the barriers and fears that prevent young people from turning their ideas into a reality.
The competition was run by Make Your Mark, the national campaign to create an enterprise culture among young people in the UK, in partnership with MTV and ran from May - July 2007. Many celebrities and successful business people supported the competition, acting as role models.
