What would happen if you used gamma frequency with theta?

@Whyisthat101 good question, gamma brainwaves are difficult to generate. there are several conditions that need to be met before a gamma entrainment track would be effective on the average listener. If we were to experience gamma waves with glogal eeg coherence however, the experience would be supra-liminal.

@jonathanskurtu So why have cultures for thousands of years practiced meditation? Have you practiced meditation? You should it's awesome, it dont matter tho, you've demonized it and wouldn't have a positive attitude going in. The internet is awesome, it lets me communicate with ppl all around the world. I live in a small hick/ghetto town where dope and disease has taken over. Interaction with people comes in life, people aren't the best things to interact with. Nature & Yourself are good though.

Add in some monotone sounds to screw with your brain patterns and you have more disfunction. The strong know they are only as strong as their immediate company, keep everyone outside of your circle weak and everything works out fine in your circle. Debate what I said all you like. When it comes down to it these are simply old methods mixed with technology to maintain a caste system that has people so stupid that they don't even see it exists. Or they are just to confused like my self to get out.

@WuffPakk7 Meditation is more like code for: hey lets get people to focus on something stupid like their breathing so they obcess over something they would be doing naturally. Your ability to function in society isnt based off of some far fetched it will change your life scheme. It's soley dependent on interactions with people. When your wasting your time away from people (especially with an obcession over relaxing) your only bringing further stress. The whole internet is stressfull enough.

@jonathanskurtu Meditating makes me feel pretty good, doesn't feel like poison, you still didn't state any proof that this is dangerous. You said you tested shit, but didn't say anything other than that. How is it poison, what does it do to people?

@WuffPakk7 Anything that has an irrational view behind it that your ascending or trying to figure out the fabric of the universe, is detrimental to your mind, not everyone is a fanatic over this stuff, but it does draw in naive people, listening to anything to long is bad, but having lunatic tell you that your ascending or growing smarter from something is going to drive you schizo. In this case the irrational views I have seen on here have out weighed the logical, this is poison of the mind.

In small amounts it feels like your getting something good but it just organizing people.
