I find it interesting that each of my comments were given a "thumbs down", and yet there are NO replies. No surprise though, because I am sure that they were from ComcastComms. I CHALLENGE anyone who represents ComcastComms to personally contact me, so that I can privide proof to EVERYTHING I have said in my previous comments as well as the continuous issues I amm having with my service. It's amazing how corporate America hates to hear the truth, but I guess that truths hurts some people.

So, as of this past Monday 24AUG2009 a local tech/manager stated that Comcast wireless routers have been known to be faulty. Which is crap because comcats prides itself on it's aapparent "superior" service and eqquipment, which we are renting. So I requested a credit, and they said they could give us free HBO for 3 months, what a joke! We have only been with Comcast for 2 months and have only been able to use our internet for less than 50% of the time. No service, no payment! Comcast LIES!

Yeah, our service still sucks and we have had 2 additional reps come and fix the problem. Initially, they stated that it was due to the weather! WTF? Seriously, bad weather does not diminish the quality because it runs off of a fiber optic cable. Anyway, they then stated that our internet connectivity issues were due to a bad modem, then interference caused by a home phone, which we don't have. Then it was due to bad lines, and now they blamed it on their wireless Router and still charge us

COMCASTIC, it's more like COMTRAGIC! Seriously, I signed up less than 2 months ago for high-speed internet/cable television. We only get to use our internet 35% of the time, and have called 26 times just to be told it'll get fixed. We've had several tech's come out and it's still not working properly. I called today and guess what, the rep said she was having trouble with their computers and couldn't access our account, she must have been using Comcast! Guess I won't pay the bill!

my mom hates comcast because they always cut off our cable even though she sent the money to pay for the cable every month.
