  • 2 YHWHs...awful.

  • The "Deity of Christ/Messiah" means that he, Yeshua, is the second hypostases of the Triune Godhead who Incarnated and became Emmanuel, "El with us." Therefore, Yeshua the Son is Yahweh the Father in the flesh. Jewish mono Yahwism interpreted through the lens of Alexandrian Soteriology and Chalcedonian Christology.

  • @Hunley1961 I don't tolerate creature worship. You're the one who has elevated Jesus, a creature, to an equal plain with his own God. Rather than worshiping God through Jesus your idol Jesus is absorbing all the worship and you end up worshiping a god that doesn't exist.

  • @Hunley1961 You're the one professing to be wise along with all your celebrity pastors. Can't you see it? Jesus is the son of God. You have to deny that relationship if you say he IS God. God sent Jesus. Which is greater? You're misplacing your affections. You're supposed to love YHWH your God with all your being.

"then I'm done with you" you're being such a jerk. Who talks like that?

  • @Hunley1961 Your Jesus doesn't exist. That's why I'm trying to warn people. You're twisting the Bible and history.

  • @Hunley1961 I didn't throw a tempter tantrum. That sounds so childish. I just can't stand responding in theses little 500 word windows. If you have a question, then message me. Message me with as many as you like, I am not unlearned and I am not unstable I know what God's word says and I will defend it. You appear not to be able to have a rational discourse about this. I CAN answer all your questions, but it's pointless if you won't send me a message with a sincere truth seeking heart.

  • @TruthAtlas The Orthodox view, by stark contrast, adheres to Scriptural instruction by not tolerating creature worship (idolatry) and therefore because we have the Son included within the identity of YHWH as the one Savior of the whole world "there is no one else" (Isa 45:22) we have YHWH exacting exclusive devotion from his creation at the final round up and on into eternity forever and ever just as he predicted.

  • @TruthAtlas Your alternative view must tolerate creature worship in outright contradiction to the latest biblical instruction, this is idolatry pure and simple ie the worship of anyone (or thing) other than the true God (Acts 10:26; Rev 19:10, 22:8-9) but additionally this necessarily results in blocking YHWH from exclusive devotion that he deserves from his creation at the final round up. Your alternative has someone else other than YHWH equally receiving creations devotion.

  • @TruthAtlas MY Jesus is hands on Creator of this world and everything in it, that makes him God by priority of existence. What you have failed to realize is that in the final analysis the Father and Son are brought together as equal receivers, not as one representing the other in receiving the worship. You have to go back to his incarnation and on back into eternity where he was "hands on" Creator of the original creation (Heb 1:10, Col 1:16-17, John 1:1-3, Jn 17:5).

  • @TruthAtlas So what if it was posted 2 days ago? Your going to throw a temper-tantrum for something YOU said? This is your excuse for ignoring parts you don't like? Shades of Peter's warning...about how the untaught and unstable (unprincipled men) distort, as they do the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction (2nd Peter 3:15:17) And "Professing themselves to be wise they become fools" (Rom 1:22). If you don't want to continue talking in this forum, then i'm done with you
