Very useful info. Ive been working with my kids to get their throwing hand in a shorter range of motion (by their ear) when throwing down. She puts it in a very constructive and easy way to teach, especially when leading with the elbow. A lot of kids will have a tendency to allow their glove hand to flop around during the throw down and that has a tendency to throw their upper torso off balance and do the same with their throw.
Good info.
