Anyone who works in sound knows the first ProTools boxes were on Apple's computers. To this day, musicians prefer Macs over Windows computers.
Intel's demo here shows a PC running Windows because it is a laptop that Intel has a sponsorship agreement with. Apple, when they started buying Intel processors, did not sign up for the Intel-Inside agreement, so Intel does not promote Apple computers. Also, the laptop you see there has a 100% Intel-designed motherboard.
