This is a 138kv utility tower being taken down. This is linework done by trained IBEW men. They moved the line into a new Sub.

it's amazing how this song doesn't fit the subject of the video at all, and completely replaces the actually-more-interesting sound live from the camera. weird, I feel sorry for the viewer.
