You might want to try an empty hair color applicator bottle that has the tip on it. You can probably find one at a beauty supply like Sally's.

Great video! I've been using Aveda Damage Remedy. Started using it a year ago after suffering damage and stuck with it. It does leave my hair feeling silky smooth, but is it really a moisturizer and not a protein conditioner? Thanks for your response!

I usually do this when I'm 8 weeks post or during longer stretches because it basically gets every area and makes my new growth "bow down". :-) But at first i didn't know how beneficial this was before because it took a long time to find the right combination. I already do what you would consider a two-tier treatment (the hot oil to the scalp and moisture to the length). Now I will have to add the protein to the ends. Grace and Peace.
