My car is 17 years old and has 229,000 miles.
Im shooting for 368,000 miles ! Im keeping my clunker !
And I can buy a new car whenever I want WITHOUT 'Clunker' WELFARE!!!!

How do you get to view houses if you don't have a buyers realtor? Who do you call? Do you then get 2.7% of sale price as buyers agent? I appreciate your videos?

Just call the listing agent. No you don't get a commision, but usually you can get a reduced price.
