February 14 is Valentine's Day, a day we often celebrate with flowers and gifts.

It is also a time to reflect on the relationship with our loved ones, because of this the Diocese of Sydney has launched a kit for Valentine's Day.

It is a handbook that offers a different way to celebrate Valentine's as well as how to keep the love alive for the other 364 days a year.

  • @PURPLEBEATTIE1 Well said !

  • @josparkes1 Me to.Really good idea

  • That's very nice. But how about implementing the celebration of the Week before Ash Wednesday (ending at midnight on Shrove-Tuesday) the celebration of the Mardi-Gras. And have enough indulgent-kindness to give people ashes on Ash Wednesday without forcing them to go to Mass.People Love Sacramentals(like ashes & Palms.A little "ECONOMIA" goes a long way.In these days of inane-consumerism,the Clergy should't begrudge the laity our little-symbols of our transient existence.Sic transit gloria mundi!

  • A very good idea, very sensible, I like it !

  • What a great idea, sounds like the Australian Bishops are on top of things.
