Interesting! I wonder what kind of sound generator the Vector-06 uses? It kind of sounds like an AY-3-8910 or YM2149. Or is it a direct-drive DAC like the one used in the Tandy CoCo 3?
This is AY/YM. It was not standard but many people fitted their computers themselves at home, or bought the extensions elsewhere. The standard "synth" is just i8253 timer with all 3 channels mixed to sound output.

Vector-06C didn't enjoy an overwhelming presence on the scene but there is about a dozen of demos for this computer, a few of them are even worth watching.
