Injera is the national food in the Ethiopia, and of course we had to trie it out. It's basically a big panecace where you putt all kind of vegetables, meet and souces on and eat it with your fingers. Here we filmed while they were making it and afterwards when we tried it out!

It tasts different!

  • I love the stuff! I have some Ethiopian friends, and that is how I first tried it. The taste is quite unique.

  • is it mainly eaten as break fast? or Lunch and diner? in Somalia it is mustly eaten as breakfast, sometimes as lunch but never as dinner.
