it is a guitar for jazz, pop, blues... but not rock

just kidding... I played in Rock-Bands in the earlier days. But 2 Reasons for my statement: The guitar is hollow and will give massive uncontrollable feedback if you turn up the gain for a singing Rock tone. And: the neck-body joint is shorter, like on a Jazz guitar, you don't will get the high notes, plus the sound is more blues jazz oriented on this guitar.

@GregsGuitars I disagree, if you have a look at bands like "kings of leon, the national" .. kind of alternative rock - but definitively rock, they play a lot of those hollow-body jazz guitars.

Or plug it into a Marshall jcm800, get a nice distortion pedal, do some drop down tunings and you may even play heavy metal.. trust me..
