keep in mind that it's doing more damage because he's got full meter during the level 3 (C groove gets a damage boost w/ full meter), which will never happen in a real match.

When doing the Scissor kick, press and Hold Back when pressing Kick. This'll make it so that the game thinks you didn't let go of charging Back.
