Kashmiri Pandit Harassment by officials in Kashmir government

Mr Vinod Pandit and Mr. Parimoo discuss harassment of a Devsar KP family by officials by laying big pipes adjacent to their home. Court order to stay the construction has been violated. Other 40 odd KP families from this neighborhood have not sold their property as they intended to come back. But this construction is contradicting official stance of promoting return of KP's with "dignity and honor"

Any Kashmiri Pandit whoever presently is living anywhere on this planet has a birth Right on Kashmir land if he/she has a Kashmiri Background and every court on this planet would support that.

This time kashmir is so to speak ruled by thughs and millitants which it does not make safe for any pandit to risk. Once India takes over other side of kashmir and as well as pakistan too, it would be much easier for pandits to live in kashmir, till then keep waiting.

Total peace is on its way in the J&K State. Slowly and surely all Kashmiri Pandits who desire to return to their homes will do so. Many forces both external and internal will try to disrupt this from occuring. They will never succeed as Dr. Manmohan Singh has a solid plan for the KPs in place.

Moreover it is anticipated that Dr. Singh a fair and honest man will not ignore other regions of the State such as Jammu.
