you are so misunderstood kid those ms which you thought it is the current google user's connection speed is not the connection speed it is a destination between your computer and ISP providers and google host servers, those IPs that you mentioned aren't current google user's IP neither they are the IPs of ISP of your connection and the servers which connects your HP computer to the google hosts that is it and this is not viewing anyone's IP and connection speed on web

TRACERT tracks the route that your connection follows to arrive at its destination (in this case, google.) It DOES NOT show you who is connected to the site or who is looking at it OR what their connection speed is to it.
You seem to have very little knowledge on this topic, so why make a video on it if you have no understanding of what you are doing?
