If you can't speak properly atleast you can speak in your own language. This is too much. It's foolishness to think that speaking in English will make you a better person. Language is to communicate and not to miscommunicate. Speak whatever language you want as long as you can do that properly.She can take Toefl Course and let the government pay for it.

Sremathi's english is substandard. She can't stand near a world leader. Her English speech is shame to the whole Indian Americans, especially keralites. I think the Kerala Government have to make a study about Chinese people how they learn English.

its a shame for kerala that such pple can become ministers. Atleast have the manners to speak in the language u know when u speak in kerala in front of malayali crowd.

@aliraza11284 Highest education level does not mean everyone starts speaking english. It means everyone is literate and they can read and write. The language does not have to be english, but it can be any language.
