MEGA DANZ at Filex 07

This video is footage of the RF Oceania Team presenting MEGA DANZ at Filex 07 (annual fitness convention for both Australia & NZ).
MEGADANZ is a combination of many dance styles, is easy to teach and able to be adapted for a variety of levels.
Whilst most of the team here are Official Trainers (trained and accredited in the program) some are friends and have never been on a stage before.
It is our intention to present our programs with an image that best represents reality, with all shapes and sizes, fitness levels, abilities etc. Not everyone is dressed the same so that you can view all our clothing range and to assimilate a 'normal' group fitness class situation.
