Its not normal for them to take 1 minute, as he says, COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!! How about just Otis do it then, and have the keypads in the lobby only and have buttons inside the cab and on the other floors.
Westinghouse elevators remind me of office buildings, since in my opinion they go good with office buildings. Since they don't make elevators anymore, Otis goes good for the newer standard ones and Schindler for the high-tech ones.

You wouldnt believe what he said at 0:53! That took 1 minute for the elevator to come I never waited more than 40 seconds at the Marriott Marquis.

Yeah, I agree. But Schindler really isnt that good, KONE is better for the high tech ones.
