Lecture by Lyle Carbutt, adjunct professor of Earth Science part of the Spring 2010 Faculty Lecture Series.
The Mesozoic is well known for the many dinosaurs that populated the Earth. But what dinosaurs inhabited Colorado, and what did Colorado look like? What was the environment like? This talk will answer these questions and more. We will discover what traces these animals left behind, as well as what role the various dinosaurs had in the ancient ecosystems they inhabited.
