It's funny... That 1940s style train car and the 1950s style clothing in the 'modern' train look as ancient to us as the 1888 train and clothing must have to Mr. Williams in his 'idiotic dream' late 1950s dream.

The place where a man can live his life full measure is to speed up and move to Manhattan.

I'm six minutes in and so far this is a masterpiece.

Christ, I'd hate to wake up in 1888. It'd be so far back that nothing I currently know would do me a damn bit of good, even though I'm a history major. Waking up in 2088 would probably be one hell of a lot worse, though, judging from the way things are going. 2012's bad enough.

This is a push business, Williams. A push push push business. Push and drive! But personally, you don't delegate responsibilities to little boys. You should know it better than anyone else. A push push push business, Williams. It's push push push, all the way, all the time! It's push push push, all the way, all the time, right on down the line!

My favorite TZ- it is so well acted and bittersweet- good stuff. No one writes like that anymore. And his wife is so evil...he should have kicked her off the train first... sing ole college songs... PUSH PUSH PUSH
