I had put them into the 35l the night before and had planned to clean the glass the next morning but the male had already bubble nested so I let the glass remain streaky rather than disrupt his efforts.
The 35L filter media was seeded in my Ehiem 2215 for two weeks
The yellow thing was a suggestion I got from a forum as a way to keep the surface tension to a complete minimum but obviously wasn't needed.
i started breeding with a yellow female but my offspring females stay white does anyone know why?
