This operation is a pain to S Rank. You have to make sure NO aneurysms explode. The first part is super easy. The second part is where you will rushed, as the aneurysms grow faster. You could use the Healing Touch, but that will also disqualify you for S Rank. Take care of aneurysms by injecting sedative, excise, extract with forceps, drain blood, connect veins, and then suture. Simple stuff. Oh, and the dreaded magnification tool appears in this operation. Bah!!

Could've easily got S Rank, but noooooooo! Stupid tray went back, and I had to "drop" it, giving me a miss. THEN, the sedative on the top-most aneurysm decides to NOT register, and instead gives me a miss. Meh. I got S Rank last time. ¬¬

So I wasn't familiar with this series, I assumed you didn't use the healing touch to make the game look silly.

I barely can win this level. and I even use the healing touch!

i have the R4 and i can put cheats in t.c under the knife 2 so its soooo easy for me to beat the game

I started a new game today and tonight I got stuck on this part...geez, I'm 14 right now. I'm surprised I even got up to the GUILT operation when I was around 11

@AxBxA1005 Try selecting the hand twice. It should turn to the star, and then you can perform healing touch to slow time.

Or, you can do like in the video and just sedate and cut the aneurisms lighting fast. I did it this way, except slowly enough that I let one or two blow up and just made sure he had maximum vitals before this part.
