It's free for a virus scan. $199 (200) to fix it.

I got locked out in the process of removing Conficker, but was symptom free beforehand, and the tool (from Symantec) didn't find anything. Be careful, everybody. You could have it and not know. Oddly, I'm going to Geek Squad for a $200 virus scan.
