there are two kinds of people in america.

the progressive, civilized people who give a shit about their fellow man and understand that 50.000 american citizens die every year because they cant get treatment until it's too late and impossible to be cured, and CARE...

and the disgusting, selfish, greedy scumbags who are so averse to paying a couple percent more in tax that they see the 50.000 deaths a year as a good deal in comparison.
