@candary67 leuk dat je herinneringen heb aan een artiest die niet veel mensen in Nederland zullen kennen. Mijn vader, inmiddels overleden op 96 jarige leeftijd in 2004, werd altijd uitgedaagd om Mexicalie rose te zingen op verjaardagen of andere familie feestjes.Hij kende Slim Whitman als zanger in de tijd dat hij tijdens de tweede wereld oorlog op de koopvaardij voor de Amerikanen heeft gevaren en dus regelmatig in Amerika kwam. Hij moet daar dus volgen mij speciale herinneringen aan hebben

What a voice! That yodeling makes him different from other artists like Elvis and Tom Jones etc.., I also noticed another difference, That he`s left handed, You can tell from his guitar.
